In today's video, I review the OnePlus 7T Pro! This happens to be the rare McLaren edition, but my thoughts carry over to the standard edition, also. Is it still worth it? Let's find out!

I just upgraded from OP5 to brand new 7TPro, it's been a blast. very happy with the purchase. updated to Android 11 and sincei t's stable version after a few years, no problem at all.

I have the 7 Pro (read: not 7T Pro) and I love it. I just wish Oneplus would keep supporting it. I think the 7 and 7T Pro are the best devices Oneplus has ever made.

Such a futuristic phone. Ahead of its time. I currently use the more generic OnePlus 8T. I love it even with Android 12 (13 soon).

855+ was sold very recently as a new product with the 860 branding. It's a fantastic chip

Way ahead of its time. I'm on the S21 Ultra now, but I think this is my favourite phone I've ever owned! When I got this in 2019, I knew there was no other phone that came close to the design and innovation! This includes my flip 3 and fold 3 ownership.

I have 2 of the McLaren's and a regular 7 Pro in my phone pool.along with a Note 9 and S22 Ultra. The McLarens are still like new. Really, the only thing they lack is wireless charging.

Watching this on my 7t pro. Had it almost 3 years. It's still doing good.

Pop up cameras leaving the industry is depressing

I have a Mint, never used OnePlus 5T. It was the last one I purchased from them before going with Samsung for a few years (S9+, Note9, Note10+, ZFold4) With the OnePlus 12 I'm back. Consistently blown away by the OP12. It's an amazing device. I do remember this 7T Pro. It really was probably the old OnePlus peak. I was awfully fond of the 5T as well though. My Mint example was a replacement warranty device. That 5T could still pull daily duty if I asked it from it.

Great video, one thing I would point out is that the battery in a sealed unit would still have degraded over time, just obviously not as much as a phone which had been used

I'm still using my OnePlus 7t pro. It's has been the best and never wished to upgrade. Full screen experience is just amazing.

I'm still using the #OnePlus7TPro McLaren Edition w/ 5G.

The no-notch, no-punch-hole camera all-screen design still looks immaculate.

Its 5G Sub6 GHz modem is still capable of fast downloads.

So this phone is still worth it 3 years later. Though I wish it had wireless charging. However, the 30-watt fast Warp Charger is still capable.

Hey, I'm using 7T pro back since april 2020 and it's is still the only phone I could use especially for the screen

I used one until a couple weeks ago. The problem I kept facing was buggy software, battery drain (even after changing it twice) and annoyed with slow security updates. This ultimately led me to go back to Apple for the first time since the iPhone 4

Still rocking my 7 Pro with 12gb and 256gb and other than slight battery performance knock it still works flawlessly with everything I need it to do and plenty fast enough... Only real reason I could honestly say anyone needs to move on from the device is if they heavily into camera performance on a phone, which I'd say compared to more modern phones is it's weakest area... And let's face it.. The screen is gorgeous and uncluttered with no punch hole or notches, just like a screen should be and as that's what most people look at for hours a day then it hard to beat for the price even in 2022 and for privacy reasons hardware always trumps software restrictions..

I bought the 8gb/256gb last year for 399 euros and it didn’t disappointed me, even to this day I can get a full day of battery besides the very good cameras for the time

Watching and typing on 7T pro. Quite a nostalgic one. Still going decent with a all day battery and brilliant performance. Bezel less full screen display with no holes or such. Just don't upgrade to Android 12 as the OnePlus upgrade is buggy.
