I got the iron man.

I signed up for this a year and a half ago. When I signed up there was a promotion for a free Bluetooth speaker. When I signed up and didn't get it they said that promotion ended months ago but they were still advertising it. They said I will receive my speaker on the 6th package and I haven't received a package in over a year. You are supposed to receive one once a month. The first two times they tried to tell me it was stock issues and then after that they said a system error caused my third package to not generate. Keep in mind it takes like two years to build your full model.

Support emails me and forgets about me and I have to contact them once a month. Nobody was willing to fix it till last week which they just tried to send me my third one like nothing happened even though I haven't gotten one in over a year. I have proof of all of their mistakes and nobody wants to acknowledge what happened or try to make it right.
