How can I tell the wind speed in the golf course? Any tip? Very nice video

Very interesting to hear calculations into wind as I would tend to hit an extra club at 10mph at all distances which would be wrong for higher yardages. i.e. At 200 yards I should be taking two extra clubs not one. Your way makes sense and not really sure why it wasn't obvious to me! Genuinely learnt something very useful and may save a few shots next time out. Thanks.

I enjoyed the video very much. Thank you.

Not sure if you will still get a notification of my question so long after, but I’ll be the dummy and ask, But how can you know the elevation difference in yardage? Are you just estimating? I would think that would be difficult to do.

How do you calculate cross wind direction ?

When you are hitting a lob wedge the wind at the back will take the ball a bit more than .5 per 1 mph wind
