It boggles my mind the idea of someone keeping a child purely as an object to feed drugs and use as a punching bag. This case sounds something that someone wrote for a movie. Absolutely unthinkable what some people are capable of.
Hug your loved ones tight.

She didnt have a problem getting help for herself when she was hurt but what about her son? These people are both monsters.

No relationship is more important than your own child 😢,

I hate hearing them say "the community came together for the child" when these children were left by their community to be in these terrible situations. So many people saw the horrible situation and called to have the system that is supposed to provide protection to do nothing. In the end we get "thoughts and prayers" and no meaningful changes 😢

I hope the sister is able to move past the tragedy and have a good life. I can't even imagine the damage done to that poor girl.

Cps is such a joke. I know a woman who has 4 children ages 12 6 4 and 1. Unfortunately her 4 yr old passed away due to falling out of a 3 story window. The "mom" went shopping for the day and left all the kids home alone. The 12 y o didnt know she left because she was sleeping. The baby fell from the window, the 6 y.o told the other child and they called the mom she told them bring her back upstairs before calling 911 and say she fell off her bunk bed. There was no moving her with how severe her injuries were. Even the cops and ems were crying at the scene. She had multiple cps reports and they didnt do anything to help those kids.

Stormy didn’t like it when she was the punching bag, but didn’t care when it was her son.

Stormy didn't like it when the abuse was transferred to her. RIP Logan. Thank you TheMiseryMachine 💠

This poor child. I don’t even know what to say. What a poor excuse for a mother. She went and sought help for her own abuse yet not her own child! Why are we seeing so many mothers putting these horrible men before their own children?!

Omg I bet when Logan was crying from hunger they were like “here smoke this” so he’d stop crying since it curbs your appetite

In addition to the torture of poor Logan, I also shudder to think about what Lexi might have been forced to do after her mother and Corey got her addicted to meth. They didn't let her have contact with others, she got her drugs from her mother and Corey- I'm sure they didn't just give it to her freely, so what did they make her do?
Both of those kids were tortured in different ways.
This hurts my heart so much.

Being in the military this REALLY bothers me the father remarried and started a “new” family and forgot about his old. He had rights, especially being in the military. He could’ve easily had his son checked on even if he was overseas. The biological dad is a POS! I hope he reads this from one veteran to another- karma is going to get you. Kick rocks dad. Misery machine I love you guys, but just because the dad was overseas didn’t mean he could stop being a dad. He was complacent while his biological son suffered.

Hearing about the injuries Stormy sustained all I kept thinking was "aww poor diddums, she can dish it out to her own child but can't take it herself. How sad"

stormy is a very dishonorable soldier no matter what she went through. Logan went through worse

It boggles my mind that cps didn't do anything. Makes me sick knowing these people were 'watching' him. So sad.

I was also wondering why these people let a child die through neglect or abuse and THEN try to bring them back... and I've been addicted to crystal before and I never ever could imagine offering it to a child. This is one of the most messed up cases I've heard. R.I.P. Logan.

Stormy didn’t react that way because her son was deceased. She was crying for herself.

This happened in my hometown and unfortunately, close to where i live currently. Thank you so much for telling Logan's story. I think about Logan everytime I pass and go down Kenley Ave. Everytime i pass that abandoned house the car was found in front of. I live off the same road Kenley runs off of. I frequent the whataburger that can be accessed easily for me by going down Kenley. I'll never forget the run-in I had with Stormy in the whataburger drive-thru. That whataburger is literally right next door to the Red Roof Inn. The red roof inn hauntingly looms over you while you're in the line. It was snowing that night. She had to have been out on bail and I didn't know it was her at the time. She knocked on my window. I thought she was going to ask for money or for food. Nope. She asked for a ride to the hotel up the road (not the Red Roof Inn. There are a lot of hotels right there and there's one on Old Iowa Park Rd and Kenley. That's the one she was talking about) she got really close and told me i had pretty hair. Every hair on my neck said "whut😳." She didn't know it, but my husband was on the phone and he was immediately like NOPE. I said im sorry, rolled the window up, and she went to the car behind me.I went through the drive-thru, paid, and told them about her going up to the patrons. They made it seem as if they had already gone out there and talked to her. I got my food, left, and when I turned the corner of the building to leave, there she was, like she had been waiting for me. Freaked me out so bad.
At the time this happened, the town knew about Logan. I remember because when I was on my way home from that encounter, still freaking out, I strangely started thinking of him. My oldest son was a year younger than him when this happened and i was so emotionally affected by hearing about it. But I wasn't sure if it was her for sure or not. See, I had googled the case again to see a picture of her. At the time, only the mugshot from Vegas was up. She was bruised and swollen and just looked different. But once I saw the updated one, and every picture afterwards, I'm 100% sure it was her now. Between the drug use and the beating, she is obviously permanently affected. So yeah, she didn't look like that when I saw her.
It is absolutely spine-chilling how she stuck around the same area they killed Logan in. Just, meandering. Asking for rides. Right where she tortured her baby.
I know YT doesn't like a lot of things to be said on here, so I understand why creators can't tell all of the stuff that happened to them, but this isnt even everything these poor children suffered.
Fly high, Logan.
You are so loved.
