I remember coming to Palm in May. It was deserted. The hotels looked nice but everything seemed so lifeless. There were no waves in the sea. It was as still as a pool

Go to Malaysia... you can literally get the same type of luxuries at a fraction of the cost with amazing services and experiences

Overall a nice-looking property. The room's balcony furniture jumped out at me as very cheap looking, the cafe table specifically.

You can get a better experience and 100% cheaper literally free going to Bali or something except you don't get a gold comb or shaver

They abuse Filipino people like myself in that city!.!.

That’s one of the reasons why I don’t want to visit that city!.!.

The concept of Human Rights doesn’t exist in that city!.!.

Hi, the hotel is lovely. I have a couple questions, I hope that is ok and feel free not to answer if you are uncomfortable. Is it true the workers who came from other countries there are basically working with no protections to be treated humanely? Are they supplied very meager & overpopulated accommodations outside the city? Most do not ever receive their paycheck & have little chance of ever seeing their families again? I went to Las Vegas and I struggled to enjoy my time there due to the facade of prosperity presented, the reality for most people there was awful. I saw many people on the streets during the hottest of days, begging for money, some even with their pets. We stayed in a very nice hotel on the strip. Everything was greatly overpriced, most of the food was mediocre unless you were willing to pay hundreds a night for dinner. I feel guilty enjoying opulence when I can see signs of visible suffering around me. How did you feel being there? I mean no offense, I am simply curious to get other people’s perspectives so I can see the reality and not go by one person’s experience only. Thank you 🙏🏼

Apart from the restaurants, very little of this feels like ultra-luxury, especially the rooms.

It's more so overhyped than it being actual ultra luxury. That standard of facility and service is just like anywhere else in the world. Gold and shiny doesnt make things luxury.

I stayed there for a month and even though they gave me a free night I still think it was overpriced.

Sooo Beautiful; rich clean scenes of Beautifullness the hotel and the surrounding of the gorgeous beach waters, sands and sky's richness. 👉 Peace & respect to the hotel owners, servers and male advertiser showing and telling about the beautifulness as in richness of the hotel and its outside connection of the hotel
