When I start .zshrc then I couldn't able to edit it because it says locked and also when I installed mysql server I saw that my serven starts and stops in a cycle. For some time it starts and for some time it stops.

when I open mysql from system settings, it is showing server is stopped. When I try to start the server, it again stops after 2 3 seconds.
