I installed an older version of mysql on my mac 2013. Do I need to download workbench separately or it should be in the package. Also do I need workbench as a sql beginner?

There is no MSI downloading it is downloading only one archive file of latest version 8.0.30 around 220MB. In that there is no setup file, please help how to install. Ihve searched all folders for setup file.
