It’s a cool apartment but mostly because it’s decorated well. It’s would be hard to say that the space itself is actually worth the $4000 a month.

My 4400sq/ft brick house on 5 beautiful acres out in the country side in north Alabama cost me 1300 a month for the mortgage.
No neighbors, 30min drive to work, the house is modernized and has everything we need.
Building equity.
Renting isn't bad and it is better for some people, but it's just throwing your money away and you have to obey a landlord.
I just don't know how people can live in a city where it's overcrowded, high cost of living, higher crime, usually filthy, and more laws and restrictions.
