She did not drop him off in a snow storm. It was not a blizzard till 9am the next day he was found at 6am less than 1 inch of snow. No storm unless you live in florida they might say that is one.
Blizzard is 35+mph winds + less than .25 mile visibility + lots of snow. It was not a blizzard or even a snow storm as it was like 1" of snow all night.
The blizzard came the next day like 9am Sat to Sat night. I think they like to over blow it to make it sound worse which shows obvious BIAS.
May as well say she dropped him off inside a active volcano because around that time there were some active volcanoes on earth.
