kuki can heal but raiden can't heal meanwhile Raiden skill provide really high uptime with no need to stay close to the enemy but you have to atk in order to activate her skill who would you like to use in your team comment down below !!

As someone who uses Raiden for hyperbloom, the main disadvantage is that the electro doesn't activate on shield. It can be a pain sometimes. Kuki can be better for that situation but I have yet to level her up.

also remember that raiden E doesnt trigger on shield meaning that you wont be able to trigger the cores on an enemy with hydro shield. nahida or al haitham in this abyss with a kuki just insta deleted those hydro shields.

Another thing worth pointing out is that Raiden's coordinated attacks, like Nahida, are infinite range. Especially when you're using Yelan and/or XQ, you're mostly only triggering hyperbloom on a single target. With Raiden, Nahida's E chaining to other enemies will proc spread every hit, dealing 40-50k damage

Im gonna use kuki cuz my raiden is built for hyper carry 😅

Raiden is better because u don’t have to get close to the enemy

Ok I only said that cause my raiden is lv 90 and I don’t wanna waste books for my kuki :/

I prefer kuki as she heals which means you can relax and play more smooth rotation. And at C0 her E uptime is almost 100% but with C2 it gets 3 more seconds which is fairly easy to get.

Both...

I actually tried using Kuki and Raiden in a hyperbloom team as a joke and it's surprisingly faster than having single electro. Because you can trigger two seeds immediately after the other.

Just a reminder if you have c6 kuki she gains an extra 150 EM every now and then, making her pull forward against raiden in a hyperbloom situation

I think you should have also compared the damage every 2 rotations. Aside from the obvious rate of electro procs, raiden allows nahida hyperbloom to deal damage WHILE setting up your xingqiu Q E and Yelan E Q.

Kuki has 15 seconds of E uptime that needs to be activated only when xingqiu and yelan bursts are active to maximize damage.

With that 2nd rotation difference in mind, you can see why when your hyperbloom damage is enough for one rotation for one wave of eneemy, there is somewhat no difference in using raiden and kuki aside from heal benefits from kuki, range potential of raiden, or unconditional hitbox of kuki E.

I use kuki cuz she can heal + her passive allowing her to use em aswell for heals and plus you can just use raiden in a hypercarry team or national, and the thing with raiden you need to hit enemies in order to apply electro while kuki's e skill just constantly applies electro and allows the seeds to start homing in on enemies so yeah kuki is overall better

Depends on enemy. If they have shields, Kuki. If they don't and you don't need healing at all and you need to stay far or move a lot, Raiden

Raiden can be unreliable at times when the enemy has a weird hitbox. She's insanely strong against single-targets though, if they're mostly stationary. With Kuki, you can run around and proc stray seeds that would otherwise be wasted if you were using Raiden. Her healing can also be convenient if you need the survivability when you have Nahida on-field.

Raiden's very long uptime on her skill is very useful though, since there's really no proper rotation to Hyperbloom, so you can stay on Nahida for a long time before ever needing to switch out, and Kuki doesn't have 100% uptime on her skill before C2 (you dont really need it though, 36 starred the Abyss a dozen or so times with just C1 Kuki before I got her C2 this patch).

Overall, I recommend Kuki for most scenarios even if Raiden can proc the seeds faster and for longer. Your damage floor is already so high, so putting Raiden on the second half with a dps build will improve your time more than using her on Hyperbloom.

I personally would prefer Kuki since her kit actually uses elemental mastery, while Raiden's uses energy recharge

In the Kuki Team You Normal Attacked once that the Xingqiu and Yelan Elemental Burst Attacked before Nahida, but on Raiden Team you Dont Normal Attacked once for the Xingqiu and Yelan Elemental Burst Attacks
The Time for the First Burst Attack from Xingqiu & Yelan is on Kuki Team by 0.00
The Time for the First Burst Attack from Xingqiu & Yelan is on Raiden Team by 1.24

I prefer kuki, cause raiden has more potential than just for triggering hyperbloom lol😅

kuki is good for those who dont have raiden. the thing is, raiden e procs far away where enemy is, you dont have to facetank it to proc hyperbloom, yes you dont have healing in raiden kit but you still have a free slot where instead of double hydro you can pur a healer or a shielder, solo yelan\xinqui is enough imo. There is also situation, where your kuki is always at low hp due to her e and when you switch to her to press E sometimes she can die if enemy suddenly attacks you in those seconds while you are on kuki, yes, window is small but my kuki died in those 2-3 seconds many times, not many enemies can snipe like that, but when and where it matters the most (abyss) thats painful. So kukis healing isnt that important, when you have a good shielder. There is also an option to have two hyperbloom teams, why not, baizhu is coming so hey, why not both =)

I have Nahida, Ayato, Kuki, and Layla in the process of being build for a fridge team. Very excited to tackle the Abyss with this setup.

Raiden's ult is🥵🥵 i dont want to miss her ult and - " Enabikari suno vachi e naariiii" Voice line... Its so satisfying (idk thr meaning 😅)
I am not using raiden for hyperbloom... Sometimes i use her as battery, some times hypercarry, sometimes in national...
My god what a versatile unit..
I have c0 with r5 catch.
