Coin Review - 8-8-08 American Gold Double Prosperity Set

Hi Everyone,

In this video, we will do a coin review of the 8-8-08 American Gold Double Prosperity 2-Coin Set. The set includes a 1/2 oz American Gold Eagle and a 1/2 oz American Gold Buffalo, for a total of 1 troy ounce of gold. There are approximately 7,500 of these sets made.

The unique date with the repeating number "8" is a symbol of wealth and prosperity in many Asian cultures. I also like the unique wooden presentation case it comes with.

Wow! You never fail to impress with your unique, exquisite, and exclusive pieces, my friend. This is a truly special one. I didn't know that 8 was a lucky number in Chinese culture until I started stacking. It's interesting to see how much Asian / Chinese influence there is in precious metals and bullion. I really hope they bring back the fractional buffaloes at some point. I don't think it would reduce the value or exclusivity of what you have here either.
