You can download the ISO directly from Microsoft, you need to sign up for the Insider program:

Server admin center from 12 years ago, taskbar from Windows 11, shutdown menu from Windows 8... And I already know that control panel hasn't disappeared yet, so you will have to be switching between both to get your work done.

Cool, cheers man. Another thing to try in a VM. This should technically be pretty stable due to it being a server edition right? Might run this organically instead of Win 11. 😁

I tried the windows server OS preview when it first came out. Didn't really like it that much.

Id rather use the core version or ubuntu server..

umm microsoft can we have the not fancy ui id prefer better performance than beautiful ui on server things
also mixing win 8/10/11 uis doesnt look good
