Improve your game!
This channel is dedicated to all the gold seeking Pickleballers out there who dink responsibly and stay out of the kitchen. We have all levels come through the channel, but we concentrate on the 4.0, 4.5 and up to 5.5 with the pros.
I started this channel quite by accident, I was recording my games to do film study and get better. I did not have time or money for lessons from pro pickleball coach, so I started watching all my screwups. People that I was playing with started to ask if they could watch too and I said sure. That helped all of us a lot to improve our game, strategy, mental toughness, and techniques. Now we have new pickleball videos published several times a week. We occasionally have pro pickleball players on the channel. Mostly its non pro pickleball players on their quest to 5.0 pickleball. We have all levels come through the channel, but we concentrate on the 4.0 pickleball, 4.5 pickleball and up to 5.5 pickleball with the pros.

I've read the comments. I think people should videotape themselves play before criticizing others. Pickleball in general is super exciting to us players, but if someone else were to watch, and even the players themselves were to watch a video of themselves, it looks much less impressive. Kudos to the players!

Love Seeing coverage of non 5, 0's. Helps the rest of the crowd compare to their peers.
Thanks!!

If you guys came here looking for fast play like the pros...just boost to 1.75. It looks like a pro game. No offense intended...I'm at the level of the video.

Thanks for the share. Some good rallies. I think this is my level . . . and it seems the jump from 3.5 to 4.0 is a steep climb!

Thank you for the video Joey, definitely can see the areas I need to work on. Never easy playing against my ladies doubles partner, but it was a great weekend of Pickleball.

I’m 61 and have been playing for a few months now and I’m loving it, it’s nice to see some tournament play with people on the same level and age as myself, I’d love to give a tournament a try

The video was fun to watch, but I was particularly taken by that cool pickleball structure. Where is this?

Player ratings vary all over the spectrum. What some thinks is a 3.5 in one place is probably a 3.0 or 2.5 in another, or maybe even 4.0 at another place. Ratings appear to be self determined and extremely flexible.

Hmm... at 24:18 the guy on the near end serves from the right (even) side and they win the point. Then he serves from the left (odd side) as he should. His foot is not on the line, he serves underhand, everything appears totally legal, then the ref calls a fault on him. Why? Then his partner serves from the right side and is not called, so it does not appear to have been a wrong side fault. What happened? (Never mind, he started the serve before the ref finished calling the score.)

Am I the only player that dislikes the constant paddle tapping after every good play?

I’m below the level, compare a 3.0 senior match….Pictona, right?

I am 76 and started playing pickleball in Feb. 3 months ago and I play better. 3.5 I don't think so. To many unforced errors. Volleys that are to short. No zip in there movement. Flat footed. Poor reset, but it is fun to watch. Thank you for the video.

I am not a player so I do not understand all the soft hits to the Kitchen. What is that all about?

I agree with those saying this is not 3.5. That's not a criticism of the players. We are just talking about the level of play. They are 3.0 at best. Way too many unforced errors and floating balls.

I'm thinking too much age spread as Seniors being lumped as 50+. No way can my reflexes be as fast at 75 as they were when I was 50. I realize not everyone ages the same but stamina would decline some as well.

Looks like 3.5 level play to me maybe a touch above. Medal matches can be stressful and cause more mistakes.

What is the age to be considered senior-players in pickleball, please?

Why did the teams switch sides during the first game?

3.5 in paddle tapping. Maybe 3.0 in play is my guess.

I’d like to see “Seniors” refer to people over 65
