Smash the end of a stick with your shovel to splay out the wood and then use it on the dirty shovel like a toothbrush.
The potted meat container is nice.

Willie, Have you tried spraying "WD40" multi-purpose household lubricant in USA on the face and back of your shovel? We spray this on the inside of our snowblower to get snow to release more readily.

Floor or car wax applied to the shovel will apparently prevent soil from sticking.

It's like mushroom spots. Everyone wants to know where you go but if you tell then there will not be any for yo. In this case the owners will not let you come back. Not everyone is as good at making sure the site is cleaned up as you are. Please stay safe! ❤
