Not getting to much playing time in Dallas has caused timing and inconsistency problems. He will also have to work very hard on his conditioning and his basketball skills to become consistent when he may get another chance. We can blame Carlisle, but DoJo did have chances. Maybe DoJo can take full advantage of a next possible chance and give basketball fans some great basketball.

Other players screw up and they continue playing while others make one mistake and the coach buries them on the bench. Coach abusive favoritism can destroy a young player. DoJo may have had enough from Carlisle abuse declining demotion to DLeague, not wanting to become another head case like Roddy has become. I think DoJo has a lot of talent and leadership to be an above average NBA but needs to fit in with a team, which can be a huge task.

Dallas coach Carlisle does the worse job in developing young players and his favoritism for others. They ruined Roddy and trying to destroy Collison by playing M James who should be playing in an over 50yr league. DoJo had some chances that he had blown with his inconstancy, but mid last year he was steadily playing well when suddenly coach buried him on the bench. Other players screw up and they continue playing while others make one mistake and the coach buries them on the bench.
