Israel fights COVID-19 fourth wave with third doses

Israel is fighting a fourth wave of COVID infections by delivering a third dose of vaccinations. But the World Health Organization says the country should hold off until other countries get their first dose. And others say it's not known what the effect of repeated doses is.
