US Inauguration: Joe Biden gives emotional tribute to late son Beau

President-elect Joe Biden has paid tribute to his son Beau during a speech in Delaware. Beau died from brain cancer, aged 46, in 2015.

The speech was his last before he headed to the White House for his inauguration.
