My biggest issue when I played mystic was getting people to pick up the healing orbs! They'd get mad at me because they were low on health, and there'd be 20 health orbs surrounding them... smh

Personally, I use a Castanic slayer because Smelting and Crits are amazing for slayers. You can clean house instantly and also confuse *MINI BOSSES* as well as interrupting them.

Some things to know:
The main difference in races, is their animations. The same class can feel very different depending on the race.
For tanks, brawler has a low skill floor making it easy to play and do decent damage with, however it lacks in boosting the rest of the parties dps. Lancer's dps isn't as good as brawler but they give a huge boost to dps making them favorable to any other tank. Warrior tank is very difficult to play but they can do damage equal to brawler with enough practice, they also grant attack speed the rest of the party. Berserker isn't a tank. Yes they have an ability to gain aggro, but they give no benefits to the party, they also don't have an enrage skill making them useless.
For dps, pick what is fun to you, every class can do good damage if played well. Archer is the easiest class to learn and do decent damage with at the moment, where warrior is the most difficult.
Right now mystic is much better than priest. Priest is easier to learn, but mystic gives better buffs than priest and is actually easier to carry with if you are skilled.
Also, you can't stun any end-game bosses, so for anyone reading this i wouldn't pick a class based on it's CC unless you want to pvp.

The amount of misinformation in this video is beyond me.

1:25 Different race not only matters in pvp but also pve. Castanics has extra crit, Amans have damage reduction, Elins have better animation for certain classes. All of these matters and can influence your gameplay heavily in pve.

4:23 important to note that crowd controls don't work on bosses, unless it is a specific mechanic where you are required to cc the boss.

4:51 yes most people prefer lancer as a tank, but people should not be encouraged to play lancer because it is considered as a better tank than brawler. Lancer takes a lot of experience, learning boss animations and the exact timing is crucial. Whereas brawler is easier for beginner and higher individual dps. Also, aoe damage from lancer? No.

5:59 berserker is not the "main" dps, it simply is one of the dps. Also important to know that nobody plays a beserker to tank.

6:14 Why would you get a beserker to tank when you have a lancer in party?

7:09 no reaper is not known for its mobility, as warriors and ninjas are far more mobile. A reaper's rotation requires them hop in and out very often, they're labeled as "mid range". Reaper's self heal is not reliable. Whipsaw should not be used as a heal and the reaper passive has a long cd and is situational.

7:40 Dealing the most amount of damage at the right time? No. Every dps should be actively doing damage throughout the fight at all times if possible. Again, crowd controls don't work on bosses.

8:10 No. Cc don't work on bosses. Even during certain mechanics where you have to cc the boss, every capable class should attempt to, not like everyone is gonna blame the slayer if mechanic failed. For example in HH at aquadrax, when he summons tornado, every class with a stun should throw it onto him, it's everybody's job, not only the slayer's.

9:50 no ninjas can't stun the boss for the party to free dps. Cc don't work on bosses.

10:06 all the cc (poison slow stun traps) again don't work on bosses! It's also not the archer's job to group enemies together.

10:45 the robots and turrets from a gunner is a very minor thing, not worthy to be called a highlight of this class as they really don't do much. No gunners are not a support class.

11:15 Dot on a sorc? Hello?

11:45 Hot in general is not worth mentioning. Not only it is not as effective as instant heals, because people can die before receiving full healing effects, but also priest generally should not rely on HoT.

11:57 mystics can also revive people by the way. Heals are more bursty than priest. And no a mystic is far better in experienced parties than a priest as they do offensive support (crit 2.2x aura and contagion versus kaia shield from priest).

12:27 priest are more noob friendly years ago, they dumbed down mystic.

13:11 this is actually true, skills in this game gets you very far, but don't pretend like the classes are balanced because they are absolutely not.

The mystic is the most op class in the game when it comes to questing and leveling. Pet was awesome at holding agro and it wasn't hard to keep alive.

If wanna play faster, make a healer or tank class like brawler or lancer, if wanna wait ages to play pvp or pve make a dps.

Even though valk is op, in PvP they can still be stomped on, it all depends on the skill you have with your class. I always say just pick the class you enjoy playing the most. And if you're one of those people who choose valk bc it feels like you're doing tons of dmg...you can do that on other classes too, it just takes a little more work

Huh this might be actually a MMO whee I can really just relax too- without needing to worry about PVP mechanics to a PvE style game. Like most MMO's suffer from. I'll have to give this a look at on the PS4 and give it a shot- though after seeing all these classes and races. Going be hard of what I want to play...that and since I am somewhat sick. This game might help me keep my mind off of it and kill some time lol.

I've played for a long time on pc and the Lancer took me a min to figure out how to chain his skills but once I did I could take on bosses by myself

It was nice playing as Mystic. Fun watching the *VERY FEW* run around to collect my balls while everyone else ignored them.

In all seriousness, I didn't really like the Mystic. Their weapon just seemed so odd to me.
