How is the metropolitan edition different from HSE Luxury which also had rear entertainment screens that these metropolitans no longer come with?

I mean I like the discovery but once you see it you can’t Unsee it what were they thinking when they did the boot what’s with the whole that’s lean the numberplate to the left slightly
