Circular Saw Blade Sharpener Jig - DIY - How to make

In this video; I will be building a tool for circular saw blade sharpening. A beatifull jig for blade sharpening. You can fast easily sharpening your blades. I used in this video a grinder cutting machine and a disk for ceramic cutting.

Ist schon eine echt Klasse Idee!! Falsche Scheibe!!! Und gleich nach dem Schleifen das Sägeblatt wegschmeißen. Hab heute mit der "ceramic" Scheibe geschärft . Die Scheibe war vorher stumpf, jetzt sind die Blättchen an den Schneidkanten ausgeschlagen!! Immer eine Scheibe für HM benutzen!!

this is probably the best video i have seen by far for this carborundum sharpening. the jig is straightforward without the total bs. of " hey look i am going to make the most complicated jig with lots of sprcialized tools - i mean you have a workshop and nothing to do, right?" this is very very straightforward with a minimum of fuss and ... well you read the first part of my comment ... mounting the angle-grinder is just specific to what works for yours, shape the block a little. i suppose the disc circumference will be almost touching the melanine. he uses the cheapest cut-off ceramic wheel. this will work if you sharpen correctly. it is a very light touch to contact the teeth. there should be no distortion of the wheel. this is actually correct for sharpening. this system will work if you have minimum tools and skills. hell, it is probably possible to do all this with just an angle grinder, a wood disk and hammer and nails. i have had to work with hammer and nails and glue recently. my experience is buy as many types and sizes of nails as you can. the right nail is very important in this type of technology. batteries fail, corded drills can be a pain, but hammer and nails are very powerfull. recently i had to nail in an unstable situation. i started the nail and used an old wood clamp to push it home. i also used cheap standard white glue. if the joint is protected from water, this way of joining wood is miraculously powerful.

No pretendo ser negativo, pero te recuerdo que los dientes llevan una ligera inclinación a un lado y a otro correlativamente por diente. Con este sistema, por supuesto que se notará el afilado, pero el que te hace un profesional, lo hace con una máquina automática que tiene en cuenta este detalle, inclinándose diente a diente para dicha inclinación.
