Guava Bread Pudding #shorts

Ingredients:
• 13 Conchita lady fingers cookies
• 4 eggs
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 cups milk
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 4 tbsp Conchita guava marmalade

Preparation:
• Preheat your oven to 350°F
• Place lady fingers in two medium ramekins
• Mix the custard ingredients and slowly pour half the mix into each ramekin
• Bake for 45 minutes or until the custard is set and the lady fingers are golden
• Bathe in vanilla sauce and Conchita Guava Marmalade and enjoy!

Vanilla sauce ingredients
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup sugar
