It looks wonderful and that corn is something new for me to be in the salad, but it worth to try it and I am thinking to make Mediterranean watermelon salad for tomorrow with a lot of feta cheese and olive oil

Where I live, the national chains—Kroger, Albertsons, Walmart—barely stock decent tomatoes, much less heirlooms.

The recipe still looks really good.

This recipe 2 months or so late. Fresh corn & tomato season is over here in the South due to extreme heat & drought. The heirloom tomatoes are not good & are pricey at the grocery stores.

Can I skip the jalapenos or just deseed them? I am sensitive to the heat of the flavor of the where the ribs and seeds live.

Scrumptious...except for the lime juice; I DETEST limes! So, I'll add lemon juice instead, which I also substitute lime with in guacamole.
