Ms. Hendry is perhaps best known for portraying the Bond girl, Rosie Carver in the James Bond film "Live and Let Die." In that film, she became the first African American woman to become romantically involved with 007. She later starred in several 1970s films, including the 1973 film "Black Caesar" and its sequel, the 1973 film "Hell Up in Harlem." She also portrayed the martial arts expert, Sydney, in "Black Belt Jones."

Keep training, all you need is the Will, and and as you get better your confidence grows. Dont give up, every time you lose, you learn and get better, so don't let it bother you, as you will get better, increasing your self worth. Also in everyday life as a whole. The discipline changes your life. I was doing MA during the early 70s, then had a severe spinal injury.

In Gloria Hendry much younger days, Tika Sumpter ( The Have & The Have Nots ) looks just like her.

That move where she grabs the guy's nuts and yanks him into the wall is one of the best things i've ever seen in a martial arts movie 😄
