This is my playthrough of the Stage 1 Cargo Dock from Metal Gear Solid The Board Game.
This stage acts as a tutorial for the player (just like the PS1 classic) so you follow the rule book along towards the objective.
If you are on the fence about purchasing MGS Board Game or never heard of it before, I hope I can help with your decision and entertainment.
I find the board game version fun so far and I hope you enjoy the video!

Great vid! Can’t wait to see more loving all the little touches you’re adding. Just for future reference… Everybody gets the ‘Finding a New Path’ rule wrong in this game. When you end a guards movement on a double arrow space, and there is a space available to the left or right, then you turn the guard to face that direction regardless of what is on the card. You refer to the card direction only when there is a choice of a left and right path. So at 15:11 for example, the guard ended his move on a double arrow and there was a path available to the left so he would have turned left. The same process applies for when a guard reaches a corner, but people intuitively tend to get this part right (e.g. the same guard I just mentioned followed the ‘Find a New Path’ process correctly at 15:00 to get around the corner, instead of following the arrow on the card to do a 180 degree turn). Hope this helps!

12:01 Correct me if I'm wrong. Page 6 of the campaign book says if you are in enemy LOS at the start of a move (not a turn), then the alert token follows Snake to where he ends on that move. So the Alert token should have followed you either one tile over to the left if it was a sneak, or 2 tiles (under snake) if that was a dash. You did make it follow you, but looks like the rules intend it to follow you where you stop even if you broke los

I just finished watching this. My pieces were finally finished being painted so im about to tackle my own game but this video helped me understanf the overall motions of the game. Very nicely done. Ill look for your other videos as well. But from some of the Lets Play videos ive seen on youtube the game looks very fun, challenging and true to the source material

15:05 wrong.

That is, reading the rules didn't give me a satisfactory answer, but, basically, according to official answers on BGG forums, guards check the arrow on the card only if there's a way to turn left AND right. If there's only a way to turn left OR right, they will turn in that direction. Essentially, guards do not turn around, unless they reach a dead end.

25:14 sorry to say but that attention/spotted token should have followed you into the elevator because it follows you until the last step of that move

If you had rolled a noise on the Interact, it... wouldnt have mattered (in this case), right? Because it would have triggered a Suspicion marker, not an Alert state, and the scenario immediately ends because you've ridden the elevator.

Why does the Interact action have a white and two black dice?

Rules question, i read in the rules that you must draw a enemy reaction card after an enemy attack but nobody seem to do that and it kinda feel weird since some card can remove the alert token while you are still in LOS. Anyone can help ?
