"No Promises" is a song by Australian band Icehouse, released in October 1985, as the first single issued from the band's 1986 album, Measure for Measure. The single was released in Australia through Regular Records, on 7", 12" and maxi-cassette single formats. Chrysalis Records issued the single in the UK and Europe on 7" and 12" formats, with different track listings. "No Promises" was subsequently released in the US by Chrysalis on 7" and 12" formats, again with different track listings. The single peaked at #30 on the Australian singles chart in February 1986.

Anyway, in this episode of the adventures of Icehouse, it has been deemed that the UK audience cannot handle the standard official video (Maybe Prince Philip though it was ghastly ? Or perhaps it upset Harry as a child that much that it caused him to leave the UK and marry the village idiot from the US ?) so a separate video was made just for them. Clearly the Poms are molecular thinkers, as this looks like it was Directed by Sheldon Cooper from the Big Bang Theory. Iva spends most of his time singing and looking pouty, while hanging on to his (molecular) balls while thinking about trees, the beach, and weird arse colours....pretty much in that order. As always, his mullet is perfectly solid and there is no MM (Mullet Movement) from it whatsoever.
