Yes sir option (A)is the correct✅ answer I got solution within 12 seconds.. The addition of their alternate product is 0, so they are orthogonal vectors.

vector u and v are orthogonal vectors but their respective length/norms are root 6 and root 11 which is not unit so they are not orthonormal basis or unit vector.

since norm of u and norm of v both are not equal to 1 thus it is not a orthonormal vector..
<u, v>=1+2-3=0
therefore they are orthogonal..

Homr work of question 🙋ans is (A) orthogonal.because it is not have unit vector so it's not orthonormal. Hence it is orthogonal property satisfied <u, v>=0
