The federal DOJ is wisely designed as a separate branch of government from the Executive (presidential) branch. Seems Florida's A-G is not only politically aligned with, but sycophantic toward the governor. Can a state actually override the FBI as well as the Secret Service, which is a federal law enforcement agency under the Department of Homeland Security?
