Reason why I wanted to disable my PowerShell is its keep opening in task manger and I never open it and I think someone is spying on me with power shell when I disable it will It fix the hacking issue?

It seems it's still appearing with some obvious performance changes when playing games, I can tell since it pops up in Task Manager once in a while even though I've been following these steps.
