SVI has excellent automation capabilities, led by our world-class in-house team, with many years of experience in delivering full system machine integrations. The team’s capabilities range from customized feasibility studies and evaluations, machine design, component selection, software programming, to final installation. Machine integration and automation is an integral part of ensuring a viable mass production of electronic components and systems thereby optimizing the efficiency and the reliability of the production. The integration can consist of many workstations working in a synchronized way, including for example ultrasonic welding, label printing, final test, and ping test. Every step of the operation will contain inspection tasks, testing tasks, as well as real time data monitoring of the process to ensure the delivery of products of the highest quality.
