What sucks is that the old man that stopped to give him aid had to be told not to get his gun, because the officer knew that when backup arrived, they would see him with a weapon and shoot him mistakenly.

Let me get this straight, if you shoot someone, they can sue you and the gun manufacturer, shouldn’t you be able to sue the DA and the Judge who let this repeat offender go free ?
