When i first started as a dishwasher i worked at a restraunt called giorgios la casa la pasta with an amazing german chef and the part owner who was the head waiter at banff springs hotel i moved uo to garde manger and this restraunt wouldnt hire you if you didnt even have a red seal i then learmed pizza station and never thought i dont want to really know about pizza cooking but later on i new i wish i had taken down the pizza recipie for the dough it can still be had as its now at the banff park lodge when the sous chef was the chef there and it was still one of the best doughs i ever tasted
