I lived at Avec for 2 days before terminating my lease. Concierge wasn't that bad when I lived there, but that part of H St is sketchy and so loud all the time. And the windows at the apartment didn't block any sound

Omg! Please keep doing these moving videos! Just finished grad school and found a job in the area. Pay isn't much, so definitely taking a year to save some money before trying to venture and find an affordable studio apartment in DC. Hello everyone, I loathe having to be the difficult viewer. However, I loved this song so much but couldn't figure out what it's called or whom the artist is. It played around the 5min mark and also played towards and through the very end. He kept singing, "I thought about it!" He has a beautiful voice and I love the melody. Although family did live in the neighborhood forever without issue, i prefer the suburban apartments.

Ok one thing I want people to get straight dc not the only place that’s “a lot going on or not safe” if you gona think like that then think of DC as all of the dc is not safe lol it’s old at this point I feel even good areas have a lot going on so idk how ppl think it’s on one side or one street it’s jy like all over unless you way out Maryland lol even stuff happens out there.
