The lineup of guys is as legendary as the bikes they're on. You're very blessed to have Billy and Jeff on your team, Ken.

I’ll always have a spot in my heart for those bikes.. I’ve said it here before, my first “car” was. 77 kz1000 in 1978.. it was a beast and it’s a miracle my 16 year old ass didn’t die 😂

A buddy had a Honda cb350 that I used to smoke all the time on my yamaha r5 350. One day he showed up on a 73 Z1 900. Bike was brand new. Yeah, my r5 wasn't any match for that Z1. That bike was insane for the times ! Had only seen them in magazines, but in person was absolutely beautiful. Made the Honda 750 look obsolete !

I was in junior high, when the Z1 showed up in our Quincy IL dealer. They’re just a stunning machine, their look has aged as well as any motorcycle ever bike.

Finish high school in 1974, got a job, save 800, bought a 75 550 Honda, traded it for 75 AMF FXE 1200, Harley got stolen few month later, took insurance money and bought a 75 900Z1B .Of all the 9 bikes I owned, 4 Japanese bikes and 5 Harleys The one bike I miss the most is the Z1 . Ride a 99 EVO now.

I love those bikes! Sound great, look great, and run great. I wouldn't even mind one of the new Z900's... in rootbeer and orange.

I rode that red bike 1000 miles in 1973 and it was the most awesome thing

Never owned one of these but did own a 82 kz 1000 j kerker white tip exhaust and telefix fork brace and tracy fairing. It was one bike that I really regret selling. But those bikes are badass.

Awesome! I wish bikes were still made like this. I am sick of todays cookie cutter do nothing v twin cruisers. Gimme an old fashioned 4 banger every time! 😎

Had a 1973 Z1. Drove it from Pittsburgh Pa. to San Diego and back in 1982. Only had to replace the chain cause it stretched out. Damn dependable bike.

One really Beautifull ex of Kawasaki 900cc!! This mc was my dream in 1972.
That was the year, when I was allowed to get the license for an mc over 500cc.
Sorry to say, it took me until 1979 to get my first bike, and until 1988, to buy my first brandnew Kawasaki GPZ900R.

But the Z1 900 is still one of the best, and most attractive motorcycel machines, even now! 👍🏾💪🏾🇸🇪

I could have bought this bike in 73 but i bought the h2 because every thing i read said it was the fastest and while i did outrun a Z1 from time to time (and got outrun) I have always regretted not getting the Z1
