Pecan Cheesecake Bars 🍴 Details is description

17x25cm baking dish
Crust:
- 30 biscuits
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 140g melted butter

Cheese Cake:
- 600g cream cheese
- 150g greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 180g sugar

Pecan Topping:
- 250g pecan, chopped
- 125g brown sugar
- 100g butter
- 150g heavy cream

1. In a food processor, pulse the ingredients for the crust and pour into a baking dish. Bake for 10min at 180°C/350°F
2. Mix cheesecake ingredients until soft and pour over the crust. Bake again for 35-40min or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
3. Bring the pecan mixture to a boil and then simmer for 2min. Spread it over the cheesecake.
4. Store in the fridge for at least a few hours (i left it in there overnight)
