Good tutorial! But I have trouble doing the flick up part. It tends to go straight forward. I tried digging foot in as close as I can, I tried to lift knee more, but I dont know why, it just doesn't happen..

Great video! When scooping/lifting, I can't get the ball high enough - any ideas anyone? Some say that it is due to putting too much power in the lift/scoop, so I tried with less power, but still no use so far.
