6/8/19: Seager, Turner lead Dodgers past Giants

Now that was a typical Dodgers game, not the Friday fiasco. Great pitching (Hill, Urias, Kelly & Garcia), and even better hitting (Seager, Turner, Freese and congrats to Kyle Garlick- great timing on 1st major league hit).

Batting a white-hot Corey Seager behind Cody Bellinger was the best thing manager Dave Roberts has done so far this season. That could be a permanent move from here on out if the results from this game are any indication. Clutch pitching from starter Rich Hill in that 5th inning as well as Julio Urias in the 7th. Congrats to recently called up rookie OF Kyle Garlick for his first MLB hit of his career (and it was a big one too as he ended up becoming the eventual go-ahead run that gave the Dodgers the lead for good). Turner proving that the more rest he gets at his current age, the more dangerous a hitter he becomes. Tough win for the Dodgers, but at least their offense finally showed up for once.
