Jealous Husband Murder Trial: Opening Statements

Prosecutors say William "Bud" Ackerman killed his soon-to-be ex-wife's lover in a jealous rage by hitting him with a truck. The defense claims "this is an accident" because the victim, Kenneth Davis McClendon, was standing in the middle of the road and was intoxicated.
