**Update** We've been able to get AirTags to work with the HomePod Mini after upgrading the iPhone's software to 14.6 and has worked reliably for many months now.

You can intercom to the original HomePod as well just FYI since you said specifically ‘another HomePod Mini’

Left out it supports threading and can be a hub for home kit that’s a main reason in itself to consider

Thread is the primary benefit for me. I switched from Wifi and bluetooth smart devices to solely thread devices in a crowded apartment and the difference in latency and responsiveness is night and day. I don't know why Apple doesn't mention this feature more prominently on the product page.

Great video on the HomePod mini! Love these little spheres of magic. I hope, for others, that Spotify is added but I use Apple Music. I am ALL in on the Apple ecosystem and Homekit. 👌🏼 Very thorough review!

we never talk about the craziness of when you have more than one apple device in a room and you ask siri to do something they all answer, or you ask your Homepod mini to play your playlist then your phone does the same and of course a different song then the one from your homepod mini

I ask Siri for the weather everyday, and I love that it plays YouTube music. Easy to use .

My OG HomePod is the goat. The bass is very filling and the audio when it’s 100% is amazing. Idk how I’ll feel about the mini

Works good, only thing that’s been annoying is that when you ask Siri to play a song she sometimes says sorry something went wrong with Apple Music, or sorry I can’t seem to find it in ur apple library

I’ve been using google nest hub for the past 3 years. I’m definitely getting a HomePod!! Google lags way to much. Plus most my devices are apple. Thanks for the review
