I came from a recommended video and saw in the comments that most of his subs were asking him to add in time stamps or use the chapter feature to make finding each topic easier.

Fast forward 8 months, and he still hasn’t done it and I still see comments from his loyal viewers / subs still asking about this.

For a channel that has 1.2 million subs but only averaging 40k views per video, I wonder why?
