Thanks a bunch! I changed a couple of files within the Data folder to make Steam open the modded launcher and for some reason, whatever I did, it reverted the game to a 1.3 from the 1.9 saying it was updated today. And me being new to Steam and modding, I had NO IDEA how to check for updates as I come from Xbox where reverting has never been a thing.

I appreciate this straight-to-the-point video!!! Updated back to the latest, nothing mod wise has changed and everything works now!

say i am on a pretty old version of the game and i want to get the newest version, do i have to press validate what ever for every version of the game i want to go through to get to the newwest?
heres a better representation.
version 1(version i am on), version 2, version 3, version 4, version 5(destination) do i have to update from version 1, then from version 1 to version, then from version 2 to version 3 (etc.)
