Dear Soul Sister,

You are doing a freakin’ awesome job!
Truly, you are.
Just look at all that you’ve done
and all the ways you’ve been
brave,
resilient,
creative,
and smart.


There will be times when you feel overwhelmed or stuck. It’s so easy to take on more than what’s humanly possible.
Not to mention all the ways you can get distracted and off course.

Remember that you are powerful. In any moment you can pause and take a slow deep breath. Take one now and feel how your breath brings you back to center. You can shift your energy and your emotions very quickly at any time using your breath.



Have you lost sight of where you’re heading? Give yourself time to quietly sit and remember who you are and all that you’ve done. Remembering will guide you in knowing who you want to become.


Now, if you’ve been hanging out with my sister Artemis, you may be all fired up. Your passions and emotions are great motivators and will help you to get started.


To stay the course, however, you’ll need to call upon another one of your super powers, patience. You have more of this strength than you realize. Patience and her sister temperance will help you to bring balance to your daily routines and support you in taking steady consistent steps.
