If you have an email template folder which contains your email templates, to access the email templates easily you can create a shortcut to the folder in Outlook home ribbon.

This literally saves a single click from using the stock "New items" dropdown...

An easy solution would be a method of skipping the "Choose form" dialogue box altogether.

Starting to think a simple desktop shortcut to the Templates folder is the simplest thing....or simply open the folder, then Pin it to the File Explorer shortcut on the Windows TaskBar

I have created a large number of email templates, is it possible to sort the email templates into different folders. If so a video would be very helpful.

Way to complicated. Just add your template to signature.
