Dorfromantik: Sakura, Basic rules playthrough #1

Dorfromantik - Sakura takes the players into the idyllic landscape of Japan with many new challenges. Sakura is the Japanese word for cherry blossom, which comes into the game as a new element. In addition, there are now more than 40 achievements from 6 boxes to unlock.
Dorfromantik - Sakura is the stand-alone successor to the Spiel des Jahres 2023 Dorfromantik - The Board Game.
The game is designed by Michael Palm & Lukas Zach and is for 1-6 players, it takes 30-90 min and is for the ages 10+.

My wife and I have been really enjoying this, I got it for her as a birthday gift. I was interested in the original game but held off. Once I heard it had a Japanese theme and new mechanics I jumped on this version.

Did they change the rules for starting from the original? It should be that in your first 3 tiles, 1 must be a task. So you can do 3 tasks immediately or you can do 2 landscapes first. I personally like task, landscape, landscape, task, task…

Oof, the road/river tile on first draw is rough.

I think the tile you put in the minute 27:15 should be turn clockwise one in order to touch the green flag the side of the rice field to close that area properly. It is correct but the way to insert it is wrong. Isn't it? Merry Christmas by the way!!!
