So that first sports bra is really more of a lounging bra if all three of them said it doesn't give chest support. And I say "lounging" loosely because really, after this panini, who tf wants to lounge in a bra when you get set your boobs free?

The brand Shefit has the best sportbras I have ever come across in my 5 years of running 1 - 2 times per week. So comfy and cute!

I'm a DD/E cup and tbh from watching this, all these bras would have been 2/5 stars MAX.
There's some body and gender issues coming together for me but anything that allows my boobs to move even just a tiny bit is sleepwear at best, I don't even look at low/medium support bras because they're a waste of money for me /:

I would call the first bra, a sleep bra. You fall asleep in it and it's ok because it's comfortable.

My Amazon go to is the SYROKAN Women's High Impact Support Bounce Control Plus Size Workout Sports Bra because you purchase it like your actual bra size and it does up like a regular bra does.

I always love these videos and these girls are the best (Joyce always serving us confidence and humor), but was I the only one screaming at the screen that a YOGA or LOUNGE bra was obviously not going to give them high impact support for exercise?! Haha especially or the bigger tee-tas. I’m a DD and I wouldn’t even bother looking at those for exercise because I know they’re just not meant for even medium impact. Would love to see them do another one of these trying all high impact only though!
