I fast 18 to 20 hours a day, and eat either 1 or 2 meals a day. Been doing it for 12 years now. Crazy energy. Blood work every year is always perfect. Numbers got better once i started fasting. Wake up every morning with steel pipe 🤣

People get sick from the food, then go to the doctor for "treatment." Yet it's not "by design...?" 🤔🤷🏾‍♂️

Balance, moderation 🤷🏾‍♂️ You can't/shouldn't consume junk food 24/7. You can have a cheat day or two but eat healthy also and exercise. Everything in life is about balance.

I just came back from Europe-Italy specifically and my eyes are wide open now they hate us in the US our food is trash! We have to take it upon ourselves to do better

This man makes sense! As soon as u walk into a supermarket the first thing u see is fruits and vegetables but we pass right thru. We need to reprogram how we eat!

One meal a day 🙌🏼 I've been doing intermittent fasting 16:8 for 7 mos and I am literally a whole new person, especially mentally. My energy level, skin, hair growth, gut health is astronomically changed. Fasting is phenomenal for the human race.

You can not out-train a diet full of junk and fast food.
The answer is very simple: stop eating junk. Every cell in your body will thank you.
There are wholesome alternatives to everything you want to eat, and you may have to learn to cook, but you definitely need to learn to read labels or stop buying things that have labels

You can be a foodie and be conscious of the ingredients that are in your food.

As a nutritionist I will say that it is possible to be a foodie with awareness and intention

Definitely facts I'm 54 and dealt with P.E. for over 10yrs and couldn't satisfy my lady, got away from certain foods and intensified my workouts along with natural supplements and BOOM!!

I use to eat lots, I’m a fn machine now.. but health complications come from all directions, when you better yourself in one area something else pops up. It’s always bad news, but the fight for survival must go on!
