I don't want to seem like a nerd but Cassandra Cain is actually stronger than Batman. In the comics Batman actually has been shown to scared of her abilities and admit several times that she is stronger than him. Also I'm pretty sure Jason Todd is as strong or stronger than Batman, I could be wrong.

Alfred is at number 6 or top 5 for me because people will talk about the injustice situation, but let’s not forget that even without the pill Alfred knows how to box and recover from being disarmed, also the man keeps a full blown shot gun in his pocket and based of the sound it makes and how Alfred can still fire shots with that force means he’s pretty strong, oh and if he dies the family is going to fall apart without outside help so yea, actually he might have inspired red hood to use guns so he might be above him
