During this session, Kelly Stewart, MS, RDN, CD; Senthilkumar Sankararaman, MD, FAAP, ABOM; Emma Lyons, PhD; and Shelby Luebbert and Janeil Whitworth, two adults living with cystic fibrosis discuss existing and emerging issues in CF nutrition including body measurement, overnutrition and undernutrition, and disordered eating. The panel also shares their perspectives on healthy approaches to nutrition such as intuitive eating, body image, promoting healthy eating behaviors in childhood, and developing a personal body story to guide one through life’s transitions and body changes.
