When I was editing the video I found something in the battle against Tartaglia.
This sword is good for F2P, it's easy to max refine because you can find it in Liyue's chest, the effect is pretty good, 240% of extra damage and 400% if max refined, the problem is that it's a 50% chance to proc once in 15s or 11s when max ref, at leats the damage dealt it's great. I need to train more my combat skills Lol, I will be doing another fillet blade Keqing showcase once I get to AR 45 and farm artifacts.
