The little shrimp around its feet complete the cuteness.

Great work guys, you're one of the very few to have filmed this creature. It's pretty interesting, the way its inflatable legs work, it's behavior and the fact that it's pretty darn transparent...

Now if that doesn't look like some sort of exotic alien life form from, say, the oceans of Enceladus or Europa, I don't know what would. Utterly cool. With so little of the earth's ocean's actually explored, who knows what kind of strange creatures are yet to be discovered? Completely fascinating. Thanks for posting.

Thats possibley the closest thing to an alien on earth. It's really neat how those little possum shrimp hang out around it's legs. I guess their getting food thats being sturred up by the sea cucumber legs. GREAT VIDEO!

It's good to have a video that shows what this animal really is like, not only photos of dead and deformed specimens.

Thank you for the straight forward video of the sea pig!!! I was geeting annoyed with all the other strange music and goofy would be talk show hosts over bearing any if at all footage!

Don't mean to offend anyone here but why the the silly/ou of subject comments? Its true that there exists a rather wonderful thing called freedom of speech but...seriously....This is an educational non-audio video about an amazing creature of the seaworld...Please...lets respect that fact and thank the person that uploaded such video to be part of the educational/fun, non inmoral or offensive/stupid/useless part of Youtube.
Thank you @neptunecanada.

Without the internet, it would be very difficult to see a sea pig doing a slow dance whenever it suited one..

Watching this I get some idea of what Hallucigenia must've looked like when alive. But that organism is classified as an Ecdysozoan whereas this is an Echinoderm. Convergent evolution (hence wishful thinking on my part), or are their lifestyles completely different? Will we ever know for certain..?
