I find it funny that other people are saying that Yianni is not treating Nico and Mark properly. the brothers look like they are not enjoying the work they are doing but its because they are too focused at work and are trying not to be distracted by the camera. they are working on very expensive, sometime rare, cars after all. the thing is they would've never come back after the holidays to work for him if they didn't like it there. they have been working there for a while now. if they were mistreated by Yianni they would be working somewhere else.
